The Motor Vehicle, Licensing and Permits Division provides a range of motor vehicle, licensing, and public services, and conducts regulatory functions. It operates five Oʻahu Driver Licensing Centers: Kapālama, Kapolei, Koʻolau, Wahiawā and Waiʻanae.
